Booking and Policies

This page covers how trips are booked, payment details, and important policies to review before reserving your trip.

How Booking Works

All trips are booked online and require payment at the time of booking to reserve your spot or private charter.

  • Walk-On trips are booked per seat
  • Private trips reserve the entire boat
  • Custom trips are confirmed after details are reviewed

A booking is not considered confirmed until payment is completed.

Walk-On trips require a minimum number of anglers to run.

If the minimum is not met:

  • You’ll be notified in advance
  • You may reschedule, apply payment to another trip, or receive a refund

We do our best to communicate early and avoid last-minute changes.

Custom charters are planned around your group’s interests, schedule, and availability.

  • Submit a custom trip request form
  • We’ll review details and follow up to confirm options and pricing
  • Once confirmed, payment secures the date

Custom trips are not finalized until confirmed by Liquid Horizons.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Safety always comes first. If a trip is canceled due to weather or unsafe conditions, you’ll be offered:

  • A rescheduled date, or
  • A full refund

Weather decisions are made by the captain based on the most accurate forecast available.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us as early as possible.

Because trips involve fuel, scheduling, and reserved time:

  • Cancellations made close to the trip date may not be refundable
  • Refund eligibility depends on notice timing and trip type

Specific details are provided during booking.

Guests who do not arrive on time or fail to show for their trip may forfeit their booking without refund.

Please plan accordingly and arrive 15 to 20 minutes early.

Guest Policies

Children are always welcome but must be disclosed at booking so proper life jackets can be provided.

  • Children under 90 lbs must be identified when booking
  • Weight information is required to ensure correct sizing

This information is collected during checkout.

Alcohol is allowed on fishing trips and leisure cruises

  • No glass containers
  • No illegal substances
  • Unsafe or disruptive behavior may result in early termination of the trip without refund

The captain has final authority on all safety-related decisions.

Our goal is a safe, relaxed, and enjoyable experience for everyone on board.

Guests are expected to:

  • Follow captain instructions
  • Respect other passengers
  • Use good judgment on the water

Failure to follow safety guidelines may impact the trip.
